"We" refers to this website, its owners, developers and successors or manufacturer and owner of the source code.

Termination

> In the event we fail to enforce our rights pursuant to This Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights, and shall not prejudice us in any later enforcement of its rights or rights to seek damages therefrom.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us relating to the Licensed Website and Source Code, and supersedes all prior written or oral statements, promises, representations and agreements.
Governing Law
The agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction. The parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
